Fun Days!

Registration for all 2024-25 Fun Days will open to the public on September 16th, at 9a, while families enrolled in the after-school program will be allowed to sign up at the beginning of September. Feel free to sign up for as many Fun Days as you’d like for the entire school year, but make note of cancelation deadlines, noted below. Spring Break enrollment opens on January 15th.

HOW TO SIGN UP: Please EMAIL US (info@spilledmilksocialclub.com) if you would like to sign your child up for optional all-day care on any of those dates appropriately called "FUN DAYS", which are listed at the bottom of this page. When emailing, include ALL of the following information:

• your child’s full name

• DOB

• the school they attend, and their current grade level (Your child must be at least 5 years old to attend!)

• a good phone number to reach you

• ANY OTHER EMAIL ADDRESSES we should copy on invoices and Fun Day emails (for another parent/guardian, for instance)

• Feel free to also let us now who referred you to us, if we haven’t met you before!

Once you email us, we’ll respond with a confirmation of your child’s schedule, pending availability. We ask that you SAVE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL, in order to have a record of your enrolled Fun Days, the cost, and cancellation deadlines.

READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOU EMAIL US TO SIGN UP:

• Hours: 8a to 5p (No extended care offered during Fun Days; please make note that we close at 5p!)

• COST:

  • If your child is enrolled in our after-school program:

    • $65 per day/child; $80 if you sign up within 2 weeks of the Fun Day (late rate)

  • If your child is NOT enrolled in our after-school program:

    • $95 per day/child; $110 if you sign up within 2 weeks of the Fun Day (late rate)

  • Late Pay Fees: Fun Day invoices must be paid absolutely no later than the day that care is provided. Any outstanding balances will be charged a $10 per day fee starting the day after care is initially provided.

• The deadline to cancel any Fun Day is 2-WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DAY; this is also the deadline to receive the regular rate. There will be no refunds or cancellations for withdrawals within two weeks of the Fun Day. We need this time to ensure that we have enough staff scheduled and have made sufficient field trip plans for the day. Please honor our policy and DO NOT ASK FOR A REFUND IF YOU ARE CANCELING AFTER THE DEADLINE.

• In most cases, we will not accept any sign-ups within a week of any Fun Day; If we are less than a week out from a day on which you need care, you are welcome to reach out to inquire about any last-minute openings due to cancellations

• The Fun Day cost covers full day care and field trips most days (there might a day or few on which stay at our facility and do a special project in lieu of an outing)!

• Kids are divided into groups by age. Most groups will have between 15 and 30 kids, with 15:1 child-to-staff ratios.

• Parents provide enough snacks and lunch for their child for the day.

• We’ll send out an email a week in advance of the Fun Day with a field trip schedule, group assignment, and all other pertinent info for your family to be prepared for the day!

• All Fun Days are contingent upon enrollment numbers. If not enough families have signed up for any specific Fun Day, we will contact those who have at least two weeks prior to the scheduled Fun Day, so all families will have ample time to make alternate arrangements.

• For Thanksgiving and Winter Break, you are welcome to sign up for individual days.

• Spring Break registration is separate from regular Fun Day registration; set your calendar for January 15th, which is when we’ll accept sign ups for Spring Break!
